Very often results are last to be desired, they don’t justify our hopes provoking stresses, sadness, depression…

Every day we all fall into influence of stress situations and we need to reduce our stress states. The stress is obvious when in the quiet moments our heart reminds us of the disquiet in our body, when we overreact to the troubles of everyday life, when, beaten into passivity by our stress levels, we are under react to the annoyances of everyday life and allow them to interfere with the serenity of our bodies. In the course of days we face more and more decisions, decisions of consequence, those have an impact on both our own lives and the lives of others. Stress itself eats your health and mental well being provoking various dysfunctions.

Very often stresses adversely affect the body weight. You may either lose weight or put on it when you’ve got stress situation. In such a case you should be more careful about what you are eating.
