Why Extra Weight Losing May be Dangerous?

The first reason is in unhealthy “slags” (fats decay products) which appear during weight loss. In fact, the more intensive your weight loss the more of their number appears. Thus, ‘high speed’ of weight losing poses a threat for your health. If you lose more than 5% a month the tissues and organs of your body cannot adapt to the new conditions in time. That is another reason the result of which may be drooping skin and vascular system appearance.  

The third reason is that your organism disposes to fats ‘reserve’ if you lose your weight too fast. You should lose no less than 3% and no more than 5% of your weight proportion.

Some ‘limiting’ diets can be harmful.  It should be noticed that our organism is a rather ‘stealth subject’. When the body doesn’t get enough forage it begins taking strong measures. The living processes in the body are slowed down and the process of “fats reserve” begins. Those reserved fats are as a source of energy for body. Fats disintegration provokes ketone bodies penetration in blood with harmful effecting on nervous system and heart. You become short-tempered, quickly get-tired, poor-slept….

Therefore some dietitians recommend not ignore carbohydrates as they are an irreplaceable source of energy which our body can refer. Food rich with natural carbohydrates will not bring any harm to your body. That, as they thing, is a base of healthy weight loss.
2 000 kcal are supposed to be enough for good organism functioning. Getting less than 800 kcal a day can badly effect on your organism.

What should be done for healthy weight loss?

A good advice may be in the following: don’t limit your food but increase energy process in your body, i. e. what has been eaten must be burnt out. Lead active living, let every moment of your life be in movement. By the way, any active mental process also burn out a lot of calories. So, brainworkers are not recommended to keep limiting diets.
